HiLiz completed an Intec draughting diploma in 2010, after deciding on a career change from the beauty industry. She joined Pursey & Boucher Architectural Services in 2009 as a trainee to gain experience after meeting Russell and Sid through a client, who was a mutual friend. She joined Pursey & Boucher and has been an integral part of the family ever since. She is currently registered as a Candidate Architectural Draughtsman.
